Muno’s general conditions of sale apply to and are part of any agreement, offer or request between Muno and its customers/purchasers. As the general conditions of sale affect your legal rights please take notice of them.

Muno explicitly rejects any general conditions from the customer/purchaser.

Article 16 contains the applicable law and the choice of forum. By doing business with Muno every customer/purchaser explicitly accepts the applicable law as well as the competent forum.

Depending on the contracting Muno company the general conditions of sale may vary regarding the language, the applicable law as well as the competent forum.
